Babies Division
Many of those adorable Gap Baby ads and national magazine covers have been Marla Dell Talent babies. We look for cute babies of every ethnicity with an even temperament, a great smile, and a mom and/or dad with the flexibility to drop everything at a moment’s notice to make a last minute booking (and no, we are NOT KIDDING!)
We can only consider babies that live within an hour of San Francisco and cannot consider talent that live outside of California.
Submissions are determined not only by photos, but also by measurements- as size is everything in this business- so please include these. It is essential to determine if your child is small, average, or large for their age as certain sizes tend to work more frequently than others.

On occasion, our babies have been booked for national commercials and motion pictures. However, babies in our San Francisco market are primarily booked for clients like Pottery Barn, Macy’s and Mervyn’s. Additionally, many of our babies work as fit models for the Gap, Old Navy, and Gymboree.
Babies are booked both mornings and afternoons with some travel required; usually no more than one hour from San Francisco. We accept submissions for babies 5 months to 2 ½ years of age. Please follow the guidelines for submitting babies to our agency.
How to Submit
1. Enclose two to three 4x6 snapshots, both close-up and body. Please put your child's name, address, phone number and all measurements on the back of each photo. Please include your email address so that we may contact you to set up an interview if we are interested in representing you or your child. Do not invest in professional pictures, snapshots are sufficient.
2. Please include a cover letter or a letter of introduction.
3. Please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope so we can send your photos back to you. Please do not submit cd's as pictures as we do not have time to review electronic files.
How To Measure
Accurate measurements are critical to this business and to the success of your baby! Please include the following specs on the back of each snapshot and please measure with the diaper on.
1. Height
Measure baby standing as opposed to lying down and please specify in inches.
2. Weight
3. Chest
Measure across mid-chest.
4. Waist
Measure circumference at belly button.
5. Low Hips
Measure around widest part of the bottom.
6. Inseam
Measure from where the leg meets the torso down to the ankle bone, do not measure to the floor.
