Entertainment Work Permits
It is mandatory in California that all children under the age of 18 obtain a work permit. Minors will not be permitted to work without one and must have it renewed every six months. It is required that the agency have a copy of the permit on file and it must accompany all talent to bookings. Every child must be in good health and must maintain a grade point of C or higher to be eligible. Listed below are offices where work permits can be obtained.
